About Us

Our law office practices exclusively in legal matters relating to children - child abuse, neglect, special education for disabled children, custody, foster care, guardianship, surrogacy, adoption, school suspension and other school problems. We recognize that these matters involve highly charged emotional issues, as well as legal issues. Our office is set up to provide intensive case management to follow every little development in your case. Our staff is highly trained and experienced. Our staff will work with you in the most effective, cost efficient way possible.

We've been helping people build families for over 30 years.

Our law firm has practiced exclusively in child-related law and family expansion since 1977.

In that time, we have helped hundreds of couples and single persons, regardless of situation or lifestyle, to overcome obstacles that were preventing them from becoming parents.

We take a creative approach to meeting our client's needs, with techniques initiated by our firm becoming common practice in the fields of adoption and surrogacy. In several cases, appellate courts have applied our legal positions to help define or clarify the law to the benefit of adopted children and both adoptive and birth parents.

However, our practice embraces more than just adoptions and surrogacy. We represent people who have needs or problems involving foster care, custody, child support, special education, school discipline, guardianship, and reproductive technology, such as egg donation and embryo donation.

We have a name for people who come to us for help... PARENTS.
